Notarisation in the Russian language is usually required for submission to the Russian authorities.

Our translators will translate the document into the Russian language, notarise and will make notarised copies as and when required.

Notarisation in a foreign language is usually required for legalisation of the document and its delivery to a country of destination.

Notarial attestation is applicable to translations made by translators of Atlantis Lingua Translation Bureau only. If attestation of an already translated document is required then an order for translation revision with a further notarial attestation needs to be placed. Above cost of work excludes notary officer’s charges.
Only those translated documents that comply with relevant requirements of the “Notary Law” and other applicable regulatory and statutory enactments can be notarized. Cost of translation notarial attestation services is established for one translator’s signature on one document irrespective of its volume. Translation from / to one language is certified with one translator’s signature, i.e. if, for instance, one document is being translated from two different languages at the same time then for certifying a translation the signatures of two translators will be necessary – individually for each language. Cost of service includes copying, lacing, printout and other technical works, notary officer’s fee and costs associated with travelling of translator to notary officer for signature in his presence.
