Atlantis lingua ensures confidentiality of its client's information delivered for translation or interpretation. We understand the value of information in the world and have developed a proprietary protection system which is applied regardless of confidentiality agreement.
This proprietary system includes:

Confidentiality Agreements with all staff, aswell as highly selective recruitment including pre-employment screening |

Pending client requirements, ALL written materials submitted to Atlantis lingua for translation may be : |

Returned to Client in written or facsimile format |
- |
Shredded in a Level 3 shredder |

Storage of electronic copies of source and translated materials in a secure database which can only be accessed by approved members of company staff; |

Erasure of all electronic and paper copies, as soon as client has confirmed that the translation task has been completed successfully ; |
