At an early stage you would be jointly given agree on a preferred translator who should be handling your orders. As and when required, we are ready to create, update and agree the glossary of words and combinations used in your company. Feedback is critical to ensure continual improvement of our services, and as such we are keen to meet and work with clients who identify mistakes or areas for improvement in our submitted translations. Any corrections identified by the client will be incorporated into our subsequent translations thus continually improving the quality and service level.

All companies may receive discounts depending on the scope of single order. Long-standing partners would receive such discounts based on total number of orders per month thereby increasing your savings on our services.

Our partnership may start from a service agreement or without it, at your discretion. If you choose the contract, we would be pleased to provide several variants with different terms and conditions depending on client's monthly needs.
